With an MA is Shakespeare Studies and a BA in Drama and Theatre practice Amy’s favourite study remains the female allure. Her Anthology; The Suicide comprises of many mixed moods and feelings - from melancholy to despair, from love to jealousy through many life experiences, with an insight into a range of hopes, dreams and possible dreads.
Local poet Patrick’s writing varies between heavily introspective pieces, and memories of some of the beautiful places he’s been lucky enough to visit, along with the people he met. He looks to capture a sense of atmosphere, to give people a snapshot of his emotional state both at the time of the experience, and the time of writing. Patrick enjoy’s his writing the most when it forms an interesting shape on the page. A regular performer in Swansea, this will be his first reading in his hometown!

Her work ranges from the subtle nuance of dealing with loss to meeting your partner whilst dressed up as Justin Beiber.
Midlands drag act Ginny, will be sharing with us her unique style of cabaret - described by Simon Cowell as ‘….hideous. Honestly one of the worst things I’ve ever heard’. I cannot wait to see what she has in store for us!
